Online Bible Study

As part of the church, we are excited to share with you a free gift of access to RightNow Media!  This extensive video library tool is known as the ‘Christian Netflix’ and has a huge library of faith-based videos that you can access whenever and wherever you want – on your phone, tablet, computer or at home on your TV.

One of the primary focuses in all that we do is to be disciple-making disciples!  We believe that this is a tool that will equip you to live out your faith at home, at work, and in your neighborhood.  RightNow Media has videos for everyone – kids, youth, parents, married couples, college students, single adults, working professionals – all aimed at helping you grow in your discipleship journey.

Sign in to your Right Now Media account to explore lessons, devotions and other educational platforms. Don’t have an account?  Email the Tammy Houck (tammyhouck@gracehummelstown.org) to request an invitation to this wonderful resource.

Small Groups

Women's Small Groups

WINGS – Women In Growth Spiritually.

“We love because God first loved us.” (1 John 4:19)

The purpose of this group is to provide a place for women to read the Scripture, share life experiences and have fellowship together.

This all takes place in a safe space while learning ways to take what you have learned and apply it to your life.

The WINGS Group meets for
6-week sessions throughout the year with varied, focused topics.

We explore passages from the
Bible, books, music, and poetry.

Women of all ages are
encouraged to join us in the Fireside Room!

The upcoming Fall
session will take place from 9/17/2024 to 10/22/2024.

Women at the Well

This group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am– 11 am

Purposeful Stretching

This is an opportunity for participants to improve their balance, stretch their bodies, reflect on scripture, share any prayer concerns, meditate, and relax. Tai Chi, Pilates core work, TheraBands, and body ball release will be used to achieve better balance, core strength and flexibility. The meditation and prayer component help with relaxation and centering.

This group meets weekly for an hour-long class. Just register for class and bring your yoga mat.
All other equipment will be provided for class time use by instructor, Sandy McCann.  If you want to read more about the class you can visit the Purposeful Stretching website at   https://purposefulstretching.wixsite.com/website.

Prayer Shawl

The Prayer Shawl Ministry

  • The group gathers on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 2pm in the
    Fireside Room at Grace.
  • The Prayer Shawl Ministry knits and crochets shawls to give to people in need of
God’s comfort and love. These shawls are stitched with prayers asking for peace,
comfort, and God’s love for the person that receives it. The prayer shawl group
will usually meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 2pm in the Fireside
Room. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to come to every meeting, don’t let
that stop you from joining the group! You can come when you are available and
work on shawls in your spare time.
  • The prayer shawl group holds a mini craft sale in November. We create hand-
made items such as scarves, winter hats, dish cloths, holiday ornaments, and
much more. All of the monies from this go to the debt reduction of the church.
Keep this in mind for some of your holiday gift shopping! There will be an
announcement in the weekly bulletins a few weeks before the sale dates.
  • If you have any questions about the group, what we do, or would
like to give a shawl to someone that needs one, you can contact
    Karen Svercek at  ksvercek207@gmail.com.

Men's Small Groups

Life is busy.  We all need a break sometimes.  Join other men as we take a coffee break.  We get together and talk life, sports, movies and tv and whatever else comes up.

Open to anyone who just needs a coffee break.

Meets Wednesday mornings at 7:30 at the Soda Jerk
