Things to Know!

Location: Mount Asbury Retreat Center, 1310 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241

Check-in: Friday, October 11^th, starting at 4pm or Saturday, October 12^th, starting at 7:30am

Cost: Includes meals and retreat materials

• Single Occupancy: $230
• Double Occupancy: $200
• Triple Occupancy: $170
• Quad Occupancy: $150
• Saturday only: $60
• Mt. Asbury provides Bedding, Bath Towel, and Washrag.
• Dinner Friday night is on your own. Feel free to eat prior to arrival or bring dinner along and enjoy fellowship as you eat. We will begin our program at 6:30pm On Friday, October 6^th with a Welcome from Mt. Asbury staff, Announcements and Prayer before diving into the Opening activities.
• Ladies arriving for Saturday programming should arrive by 8am if joining us for breakfast, otherwise Session 1 begins at 9am.
• Pastor Charlie will lead us in Communion and Worship around a campfire on Saturday evening at 6pm. Songs and s’mores will follow!

All attendees are asked to bring a snack to share. Refrigerator space is limited, so please try to avoid bringing something that needs to be kept cold. It is preferred shared snacks are pre-packaged/easily served.

It is a relaxed and casual weekend, so wear comfortable clothing. There will be opportunities throughout the weekend to explore Mt. Asbury’s grounds. Plan to have comfortable walking shoes in the event you venture on a hike.
