Go back to where it all began! Each year, as part of their faith journey in preparation for Confirmation, our Grace students travel to Lovely Lane United Methodist Church in Baltimore, MD. We have extra bus seats available for members and friends. Lovely Lane is the Mother Church of American Methodism. Since breaking ground in 1883, Lovely Lane has been a beacon of hope on the corner of 22nd and Saint Paul Streets. We depart from Grace on Sunday, April 2 at 8 a.m. Upon arrival, you will attend Sunday worship service. Afterward, you will receive a guided tour of the church and museum. Then it’s on to Inner Harbor for lunch on your own. We depart about 3:30 p.m. to return to Grace by 5 p.m. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for those 12 and under. Cash or check, payable to GUMC, can be dropped off at the church office with your reservation. The excursion is perfect for those contemplating joining the Church or new to the faith, but a great experience and refresher for anyone. Visit the Lovely Lane website at www.lovelylane.net. To register, contact Tammy Houck by Tuesday, March 21 at 717-566-2897 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your generous gift next Sunday, March 26, will ensure UMCOR’s response in times of crisis. All monies raised support UMCOR’s administrative costs so that all designated gifts will go to the program of the giver’s choice. Your gift helps UMCOR reach people in more than 80 countries, including the U.S. See next Sunday’s Special Sunday insert. Thank you. You are invited to help us adorn our sanctuary with beautiful spring flowers on Easter Sunday by purchasing a flower in memory or honor of a loved one. Flowers are $10 each and you may remove your flower(s) after Easter Sunday services. Please refer to the sign-up sheets located at the welcome desk. Deadline to order is Sunday, April 2.
Today is the deadline to register for our Thursday, March 23 Table of Grace Fellowship dinner. Sign up at the Table of Grace display in the Narthex or online at www.gracehummelstown.org. The menu is chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, vegetable, roll and dessert. Dinner is served in the All-Purpose room from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and is by free-will donation. accessories and bring them to our Grace Church from Monday, May 8 to Thursday, May 11. Donated equipment can be brought to the lobby of the
